What we collect

LaunchProof may process product URLs, visible page content from those URLs, manual product ideas you enter, optional buyer context, optional test budget, saved report status, test-log notes, account email, and usage information needed to operate and protect the beta service.

How we use it

We use this information to generate product research outputs, store your workspace, improve source reliability, prevent abuse, investigate failed checks, and manage account access.

Source data and third parties

Product pages, supplier pages, marketplaces, and competitor pages may be fetched by LaunchProof or future extraction providers. We do not control those third-party sites, their accuracy, their availability, or their terms.

What we do not promise

We do not sell “winning product” certainty. Product analysis is decision support only. Scores, CPA estimates, proof quality, and Launch Packs can be wrong or incomplete when source data is blocked, thin, dynamic, outdated, or misleading.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure and extraction providers may process data only to host, secure, operate, analyze, or improve the service.

Deletion

Beta users can delete individual saved reports or clear the hosted workspace tied to their email from the app. If a hosted deletion control is unavailable, contact support with the workspace email and request deletion.

Data minimization

Do not paste secrets, customer lists, private supplier contracts, payment data, or confidential documents into product idea fields. LaunchProof is designed for product validation inputs, not sensitive document storage.
